The service

Smart Recorders provides live meeting transcription, speaker separation, written minutes, and a one-page summary image. You must log in to start recording.

Each account gets 120 minutes of free transcription per calendar month (Beijing time). After that, you need a paid Smart Recorders plan to continue. The sample minutes page does not count toward the allowance.

Paid plans are $9.9 USD / month, $27.99 / quarter, or $99.99 / year. While a plan is active, transcription time is unlimited. Platform path: live captions use Bailian speech recognition; minutes after you stop use DeepSeek. You may instead paste your own third-party API keys.

Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Invoices, tax, and some refund rules follow Creem’s checkout and customer portal.

Accounts and billing

You must provide a working email and keep your password confidential.

You can cancel from Plans or Settings → Manage billing, which opens the Creem customer portal. After canceling, access continues until the end of the paid period unless Creem or applicable law says otherwise. Switching plans starts a new Creem subscription; this site does not prorate unused time.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for recording and transcribing lawfully, including obtaining participant consent where required. Do not use the service for unauthorized surveillance, theft of secrets, or other illegal activity.

Do not upload or generate pornographic, violent-crime, harassing, infringing, or Creem-prohibited content. Do not attack, scan, or abuse the service.

Transcription and minutes can be wrong. Check important decisions yourself. The output is not legal, medical, or financial advice.

Your content and keys

You (and those you are authorized to represent) keep rights in meeting audio and text. You grant us permission to process that content only to provide the service.

API keys you paste are your responsibility, including provider fees. Platform plan keys are never shown in the browser.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses from outages, recognition errors, or data loss.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim, except where a mandatory law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
